We accept payment in £ (Pounds) Sterling by a number of different credit/debit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Electron, American Express and a few more that most people have never heard of. If you are not sure try it.
We also accept payments online by E Cheque (Goods will not be dispatched until your payment has cleared) and Paypal.
None of our customers have reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us and we are extremely confident about the transaction security that we offer. Our payment gateway's secure-server software encrypts your credit or debit card details.
The encryption process takes the details that you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. We do not store your credit card details in any database - they are used only at the time of purchase to take your payment. What we do store is only the information necessary to complete your order such as your name, address and order details.

Important Note: Please ensure that the 'Billing Address' you enter on your order is the same as the billing address on your credit/debit card or your card will not be accepted. Sounds obvious but you would be surprised how many calls we get each week from people saying they cannot pay online, nine times out of ten this is why.
Cheque & Bank Transfer
We are also happy to accept payment by cheques drawn on UK bank accounts with a UK sort code. Cheques must be made payable to 'The Watercolour Artist.com', have your order number on the back (if you are unsure what your order number is please call us first before sending your cheque) and be posted to: The Watercolour Artist.com - 94a Lansdowne Rd, Brimington, Chesterfield, Derbyshire S43 1AY.
If you would like to pay by bank transfer please call us first on 01246 221274 so we can provide you with a reference number. We only accept bank transfers from UK accounts with a UK sort code.
Please note with both these methods of payment your purchases will only be dispatched once your payment has cleared.
All refunds will be made in the same way payment was received.
You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your government.
